Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Circle and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Circle and Zendesk
Circle + Zendesk + Slack: When a new post is created in Circle, the workflow checks if it contains keywords related to support issues. If support keywords are present, a new ticket is created in Zendesk. Finally, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the support team about the new ticket.
Zendesk + Circle + Mailchimp: When a ticket is resolved in Zendesk, the workflow finds the associated user and their Circle membership status. If the user is a Circle member, their email address is added to a customer appreciation email list in Mailchimp.
