Depending on your setup, data should flow between ClickSend and Mailhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ClickSend and Mailhook
Mailhook + Google Sheets + ClickSend: When Mailhook receives data (e.g., an SMS reply), the data is logged in a Google Sheet. Then, ClickSend sends a personalized SMS offer based on the received data.
Mailhook + ClickSend + Slack: When Mailhook receives new data, ClickSend sends an SMS containing that data to a specified phone number. Additionally, a notification containing the same data is sent to a specified Slack channel.
