Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clio and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Clio and Chatwork

Clio + Google Calendar + Chatwork: When a new matter is created in Clio, a corresponding event is created in Google Calendar. Chatwork then sends a message to a specified room to notify the team about the new matter and the created calendar event.

Chatwork + Clio + Slack: When a new message is posted to a specific Chatwork room, the content of the message is added as a communication record to a matter in Clio. Then, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel to alert the legal team.
