After configuring Clio, Dropbox, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Clio and Dropbox integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clio and Dropbox (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Clio + Dropbox + Google Drive: When a new document is added to Clio, it's automatically uploaded to both Dropbox and Google Drive as a backup. This ensures data redundancy and accessibility.
Dropbox + Clio + Slack: When a new file is added to a specific folder in Dropbox, its details are added as a note to a specified matter in Clio, and a Slack message is sent to a channel to notify relevant parties about the new file.
