Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clio and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Clio and Userback

Userback + Clio + Slack: When new client feedback is created in Userback, find the relevant case in Clio based on shared information (e.g., client name or case ID in the feedback title or description). Then, send a Slack notification to a designated channel, including a link to the feedback and the Clio case.

Userback + Clio + Google Sheets: When new client feedback is created in Userback, find the relevant case in Clio based on the client or matter. Then, log the Userback feedback details (e.g., feedback ID, client name, feedback text, link to feedback) along with the associated Clio case information (e.g., matter ID, matter description) into a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
