Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Clockify, LiveChat, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Clockify and LiveChat integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clockify and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Clockify and LiveChat
LiveChat + Clockify + Google Sheets: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, this automation finds or starts a time entry in Clockify and stops it. The time entry details, including duration, are then added to a Google Sheets spreadsheet for performance analysis.
LiveChat + Clockify + Jira: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, a Jira ticket is created. Additionally, a time entry is started in Clockify when the Jira ticket is created and stopped when the Jira ticket is updated. This allows time tracking for issue resolution.
