After configuring CloudConvert, Avaza, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudConvert and Avaza integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudConvert and Avaza (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect CloudConvert and Avaza
CloudConvert + Avaza + Google Drive: When a file conversion job finishes in CloudConvert, this automation retrieves the converted file and uploads it to a specified folder in Google Drive. A link to the uploaded file is then added to a related project in Avaza.
Avaza + CloudConvert + Slack: When a new project is created in Avaza, this automation converts project-related documents using CloudConvert. Once the conversion is complete, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel, sharing the link to the converted documents.
