Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring CloudConvert, Chatwork, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudConvert and Chatwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudConvert and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect CloudConvert and Chatwork
CloudConvert + Google Drive + Chatwork: When a CloudConvert job finishes, the converted file is uploaded to Google Drive. A message is then sent to a Chatwork room to notify the team about the new file.
Chatwork + CloudConvert + Airtable: When a new message is posted in a Chatwork room, the attached file is converted to a standard format using CloudConvert and the converted file information is then stored in an Airtable base.
