Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring CloudTalk, 7todos, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and 7todos integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and 7todos (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and 7todos
CloudTalk + 7todos + Slack: When a new call is missed in CloudTalk, a task is created in 7todos to follow up. Slack sends a message to a designated channel to notify the agent about the missed call and new task.
7todos + CloudTalk + Google Calendar: When a task is created in 7todos, a Google Calendar event is scheduled for the task's due date. CloudTalk then automatically calls the task assignee as a reminder before the event's start time.
