Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the CloudTalk and Businessmap integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Businessmap (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
CloudTalk + Businessmap + Slack: When a new call is missed in CloudTalk, a new card is created in Businessmap to track follow-up. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team.
Businessmap + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: When a card is updated in Businessmap (e.g., marked as completed), call data is retrieved from CloudTalk. This call data is then logged into a Google Sheet for analysis.
