Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and LiveChat

CloudTalk + LiveChat + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat and there's no corresponding new call activity in CloudTalk within a defined timeframe, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team about the missed interaction.

LiveChat + CloudTalk + Jira: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the workflow checks if the chat thread is tagged as requiring a follow-up call. If so, it creates a new issue in Jira, including details from both LiveChat and CloudTalk (if a related call activity exists).
