Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Coda, Chatwork, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Coda and Chatwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Coda and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Coda and Chatwork
Coda + Google Sheets + Chatwork: When a new row is added to a Coda document, its data is copied to a Google Sheet for record-keeping. Afterwards, a message is sent to a specified Chatwork room to notify team members about the new entry.
Chatwork + Coda + Cal.com: When a new message in Chatwork contains the word 'schedule', a task is created in Coda to schedule a meeting via Cal.com. This task serves as a reminder to book the meeting.
