Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring ConvertAPI, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the ConvertAPI and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ConvertAPI and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect ConvertAPI and Userback

ConvertAPI + Userback + Slack: When ConvertAPI fails to convert a file, a new feedback item is created in Userback. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team about the conversion failure and the Userback feedback.

Userback + ConvertAPI + Gmail: When new feedback is created in Userback including file uploads, the uploaded files are sent to ConvertAPI for format conversion. The converted file is then attached to a new email and sent via Gmail.
