Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Creatomate and Avaza integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Creatomate and Avaza (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Creatomate and Avaza
Creatomate + Avaza + Google Sheets: When a new render is completed in Creatomate, its details are added to a Google Sheet. The system also checks for a corresponding Avaza project and updates the sheet with billing information related to that project.
Avaza + Creatomate + Slack: When a new invoice is created in Avaza, a video summary using Creatomate is rendered. Once the video is rendered, a notification with the video link is sent to a Slack channel.
