After configuring Creatomate, Quentn, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Creatomate and Quentn integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Creatomate and Quentn (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Creatomate and Quentn
Creatomate + Quentn + Google Sheets: When a video render is completed in Creatomate, this automation updates the corresponding contact in Quentn. It also logs video render details, such as render ID and status, to a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting.
Quentn + Creatomate: When a new contact is added to a specific term in Quentn, a personalized video is created using Creatomate. The Quentn contact's data can populate the video template, and the resulting video URL can be stored in a custom contact field.
