Depending on your setup, data should flow between Delighted and ClickUp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and ClickUp

Delighted + ClickUp + Slack: When a new negative response is received in Delighted, a task is created in ClickUp to address the feedback. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the new task.

ClickUp + Delighted + Gmail: When a task is completed in ClickUp, a feedback survey is automatically sent via Delighted to the user associated with the task. The survey responses are then archived in Gmail for record-keeping and analysis.
