Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Docparser and Delighted integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Docparser and Delighted (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Docparser and Delighted

Docparser + Delighted + Google Sheets: When Docparser parses invoice data, Delighted sends an email survey to the customer. The survey response, along with the parsed invoice data, is then logged in a Google Sheet.

Delighted + Docparser + Slack: When a new negative response is received in Delighted, the associated email address is used to fetch the client's contract from a URL using Docparser. The contract document URL is then sent to a dedicated Slack channel to alert account managers.
