Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Dropbox and Businessmap integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Dropbox and Businessmap (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Dropbox and Businessmap

Dropbox + Businessmap + Slack: When a new file is added to a specified Dropbox folder, the automation finds the corresponding card in Businessmap and sends a notification to a Slack channel, alerting project managers about the new design assets.

Businessmap + Dropbox + Google Sheets: When a card in Businessmap is updated (e.g., completed), the automation retrieves attachments associated with that card from Dropbox and logs the card's details and file information in a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting purposes.
