Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Enrich Layer, Asana, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Enrich Layer and Asana integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Enrich Layer and Asana (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Enrich Layer and Asana

Enrich Layer + Asana + Slack: When a new contact is identified, their details are enriched using Enrich Layer. This enriched data is then used to create a new task in Asana, and a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the sales team about the new lead and the created task.

Asana + Enrich Layer + Google Sheets: When a task is completed in Asana, the contact details associated with the task (assuming they are stored in the task's description or a custom field) are extracted and enriched using Enrich Layer. The enriched contact information is then saved to a new row in a specified Google Sheet.
