Depending on your setup, data should flow between Etsy and Sendgrid (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Etsy and Sendgrid
Etsy + Google Sheets + Sendgrid: When a new transaction occurs in Etsy, the details are logged in a Google Sheet. Then, Sendgrid sends an order confirmation email to the customer.
Sendgrid + Etsy + Slack: When a customer replies to a Sendgrid email, the information is retrieved. If the email is related to an Etsy order (determined by subject or body content), a Slack message is sent to the shop owner alerting them of the reply.
