Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fibery and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fibery and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Fibery and Zendesk
Fibery + Zendesk + Slack: When a new feature request is created in Fibery, a Zendesk ticket is automatically created to track the request. A notification is then sent to the product team in Slack to inform them of the new ticket.
Zendesk + Fibery + Google Sheets: This flow tracks Zendesk tickets related to Fibery features. When a Zendesk ticket is updated, specifically when it's resolved, the flow finds the corresponding Fibery feature (using ticket tags or descriptions) and updates a Google Sheet with the resolution time.
