Formsite and ConvertKit are two powerful tools that can enhance your online business presence. While Formsite allows you to create customized forms and surveys, ConvertKit focuses on email marketing, making these two apps particularly complementary for capturing leads and managing customer relationships.

Here’s how you can leverage both platforms effectively:

  1. Form Creation with Formsite: Start by building forms tailored to your business needs using Formsite. You can create registration forms, feedback surveys, or complex order forms with ease.
2. Lead Capture: Embed the forms on your website or share them via social media. Formsite provides you with various sharing options to ensure your forms reach your target audience.
  3. Email Marketing Automation with ConvertKit: Once you've captured leads through your forms, integrate them into ConvertKit. Use this platform to create email sequences, newsletters, and automated follow-ups.
  4. Segmentation: Use ConvertKit’s tagging feature to segment your audience based on their interactions with your forms. This helps in sending targeted content to the right groups.

To connect Formsite data to ConvertKit seamlessly, consider using Latenode. This integration platform enables you to automate the transfer of data between Formsite and ConvertKit, ensuring that every new form submission is instantly reflected in your email list.

  • How to Set Up Integration:
    • Sign up for a Latenode account if you haven’t already.
    • Create a new workflow and select Formsite as the source application.
    • Authenticate your Formsite account and select the specific form you want to work with.
    • Next, choose ConvertKit as the destination application and authenticate it.
    • Map the fields from your Formsite form to the corresponding fields in ConvertKit.
    • Test the workflow to ensure data flows as expected.
    • Activate your workflow to start collecting leads automatically.

By combining Formsite's form-building capabilities with ConvertKit's email marketing features, you create a powerful ecosystem for managing customer relationships and engagement. Plus, with the right integration through Latenode, you can save time and boost efficiency.

Most Powerful Ways To Connect Formsite and ConvertKit?

Connecting Formsite and ConvertKit can significantly enhance your marketing efficiency by automating the flow of data and streamlining your lead management. Here are three powerful methods to achieve seamless integration between these two platforms:

  1. Automate Submissions with Webhooks:

Utilize Formsite’s webhook feature to send form submissions directly to ConvertKit. This method allows for real-time data transfer, ensuring that every new lead captured through your forms is automatically added to your ConvertKit subscriber list. To set this up:

    • Go to your Formsite form settings and find the Webhooks section.
    • Enter the ConvertKit API endpoint URL along with the necessary parameters for the subscribers.
    • Test the webhook to ensure data is appropriately flowing into ConvertKit.
  2. Utilize Integration Platforms:

Platforms like Latenode can facilitate a smooth integration between Formsite and ConvertKit. With no coding required, you can create automated workflows where Formsite submissions trigger actions in ConvertKit, such as:

    • Adding new subscribers to specific email sequences.
    • Tagging subscribers based on the forms they filled out.
    • Sending immediate welcome emails upon form submission.

Simply create an account on Latenode, authenticate your Formsite and ConvertKit accounts, and set up the desired triggers and actions.

  3. Use Zapier-style Automation:

If you prefer a more hands-on approach, consider using Zapier-like solutions to connect Formsite and ConvertKit. This involves:

    • Creating a Zap that triggers each time a new submission occurs in Formsite.
    • Setting up actions in ConvertKit, such as adding subscribers or updating existing records.
    • Employing filters to manage data flow based on specific criteria.

This method offers flexibility in defining how data is handled and ensures that your marketing efforts remain organized.

By implementing these methods, you can create a robust connection between Formsite and ConvertKit, ultimately improving your marketing strategy and enhancing your lead nurturing process.

I am being able to reduce the time of building my backend and still have low costs. The other platforms are way more expensive. And its always easier to measure the expenses of a scenario with  Latenode. The customer suppost always respond super fast.

Latenode and their support team have been great and responsive in providing my team with support in creating a workflow where our data from Google Sheet Form Submissions will take the users that submitted the form and then use our OpenAI API to create newsletters to send to them. Latenode's price point and use of credits through execution time allows it to be a cheaper alternative to Zapier or Make. Drag and drop modules give it a familiar experience when compared to its competitors and get the same job done at a cost-effective price.

Affordable Automation with Robust Features – I've been using Latenode for over a month now, and I already prefer it over more popular options like Zapier, Pabbly, or Make. The biggest advantage of Latenode is its significantly lower automation costs, all while maintaining the same robust features. The only downside is the limited integrations, but that's understandable given that it's a newer player in the market. Overall, Latenode offers excellent value and has quickly become my go-to for automation needs. Significantly lower automation costs compared to Zapier, Pabbly, and Make Maintains the same robust features as more popular platforms Excellent value for money. Limited integrations due to being a newer player in the market

Best low code tool on market!! I am just starting my journey deeper but for time now this tool is excellent and it is far most better then make.com. I especially like the ease of use and the fact that for Google services, there's no need to manually go to the API or the Google console to look for the Client ID and similar things. For now evertyhing is perfectly fitted to my needs

Latenode is a hidden gem! If you use Zapier for automation, check this out. Super similar features but way, WAY more affordable. The free plan is generous, and it's easy to set up workflows even if you're not tech-savvy. Perfect for small businesses or anyone wanting to simplify their life with automation on a budget. Highly recommend!

Latenode is a powerful automation tool. Zapier is a powerful automation tool that can help businesses of all sizes save time and money. It's easy to use, even for those with no coding experience, and it can connect hundreds of different apps and services. However, it can be expensive for some users, and it can be difficult to troubleshoot when things go wrong. The best part of the application is that it is a cheaper system compared to other platforms 🔥

I honestly love how Latenode has approached automation. The "low-code" approach is perfect for my needs. I'm not a developer, but with the help of their AI helper I can get cool stuff done very quickly! For most of the time, the beautiful drag-n-drop canvas gets the job done very efficiently. I also love their method of creating your own "connectors" using nodules. Makes it very easy to re-use custom connection nodes in other scenarios. The pricing also makes a lot of sense if you're doing "less" but "longer running" processes.

You must try it! 🔥 I've been blown away by Latenode's ease of use and affordability. As someone who's currently testing it out, I can honestly say it's exceeded my expectations at every turn. The platform itself is incredibly intuitive. They've struck a perfect balance between no-code and low-code functionality, making it accessible for beginners but powerful enough for complex automations. The best part? During my testing phase, I haven't encountered a single error. Everything has run smoothly and exactly as intended. Latenode is a game-changer for anyone looking to streamline their workflows without breaking the bank. It's a must-try for anyone looking to boost their productivity.

Finally found what I was looking for...Even before seeing what was under the hood and meeting face to face with Daniel (CMO), I was already impressed with the business model compared to the others. As someone who's been marketing software products for over 2 decades, and a user of all things automation (to some extent or another) such as Zapier, Pabbly, n8n, and Active Pieces; I felt compelled to go right for a partnership deal with these guys. It was kind of a no-brainer. Looking forward to building some incredible automations for businesses around the world with this team.
