Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the FreeAgent and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between FreeAgent and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect FreeAgent and Zendesk

FreeAgent + Zendesk + Slack: When a new invoice becomes overdue in FreeAgent, a new ticket is created in Zendesk to track the issue. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the relevant team about the overdue invoice and the new Zendesk ticket.

Zendesk + FreeAgent + Google Sheets: When a Zendesk ticket is resolved, the automation finds a contact in FreeAgent. It then logs the ticket resolution and customer information into a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting purposes by adding a new row.
