Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Freshdesk, Jibble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Freshdesk and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Freshdesk and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Freshdesk and Jibble
Freshdesk + Jibble + Slack: When a ticket is updated in Freshdesk, the automation checks if the agent's Jibble status is 'working'. If the agent is working, a notification is sent to a Slack channel.
Jibble + Freshdesk + Google Sheets: When a new clock in or out event occurs in Jibble, the automation finds the associated Freshdesk ticket. The time entry details are then added to a Google Sheet for tracking time spent on tickets.
