Depending on your setup, data should flow between Freshdesk and Soax (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Freshdesk and Soax
Soax + Freshdesk + Slack: When Soax identifies a suspicious IP address, this automation finds associated tickets in Freshdesk. If a ticket is found, a Slack notification is sent to a specified channel with details of the flagged IP and the linked Freshdesk ticket.
Soax + Freshdesk + Telegram: When Soax identifies an IP-related issue, this flow finds contacts in Freshdesk associated with the IP. A Telegram message is sent to the Freshdesk support agent associated with that contact, alerting them to the issue.
