Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Gender API, AITable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Gender API and AITable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gender API and AITable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Gender API and AITable
AITable + Gender API + Slack: When a new record is created in AITable, the workflow uses the Gender API to determine the gender based on the contact's name. A message is then sent to a specified Slack channel, notifying the marketing team with the contact's name and determined gender for campaign adjustments.
AITable + Gender API + Google Sheets: When a new record is created in AITable, this workflow enhances customer demographics by using the Gender API to determine the gender from the contact's name. The record, including the gender, is then added as a new row to a Google Sheets spreadsheet for reporting.
