Most powerful ways to connect Gender API and Businessmap
Businessmap + Gender API + Google Sheets: This automation tracks the gender ratio of leads added to Businessmap. When a new card is created in Businessmap, the Gender API determines the lead's gender based on their name. This gender data, along with other lead information, is then added to a Google Sheet for diversity analysis.
Businessmap + Gender API + Slack: Identifies potential gender imbalance in task assignments and notifies managers via Slack. When a new card is created in Businessmap, the Gender API determines the gender of the assignee based on their name. If a potential gender imbalance is detected (e.g., multiple tasks assigned to one gender), a Slack message is sent to the manager.
