Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Ghost, Baserow, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Ghost and Baserow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Ghost and Baserow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Ghost and Baserow

Ghost + Baserow + Slack: When a new post is published in Ghost, a new row is created in Baserow to track it. Subsequently, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the new blog post.

Baserow + Ghost + Twitter: When a status in Baserow changes to 'Published', the automation will publish a link to the associated Ghost blog post on Twitter. This requires an update row action in Baserow to trigger on status change, then the Ghost post URL is extracted and published on Twitter through available Twitter actions (not included in provided actions, so Twitter is omitted from the use case).
