Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Ghost, Google slides, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Ghost and Google slides integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Ghost and Google slides (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Ghost and Google slides
Ghost + Google Slides + Google Drive: When a new post is published on Ghost, a new Google Slides presentation is created from a template in Google Drive. The new presentation is then saved in Google Drive.
Google Slides + Ghost + Twitter: When a new Google Slides presentation is created, find a specific quote inside the presentation and create a new post on Ghost. This post can contain the quote and a link to the presentation. The Twitter part is not possible because there is no such option in current apps.
