Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Ghost, Pinterest, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Ghost and Pinterest integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Ghost and Pinterest (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Ghost and Pinterest
Ghost + Canva + Pinterest: When a new post is published on a Ghost blog, a graphic is automatically generated using a specified Canva template. This graphic is then used to create a new pin on Pinterest, driving traffic back to the original Ghost post.
Pinterest + Ghost + Twitter: When a new pin is added to Pinterest, the workflow automatically fetches the associated Ghost blog post URL from the pin description and then tweets about the new pin with a link back to the original Ghost blog post.
