Integrating GitHub and Acuity Scheduling can streamline project management and improve team collaboration, especially for development teams that rely on both code repositories and efficient scheduling of meetings with clients or team members.
Here’s how each platform functions:
To create a seamless flow between these two applications, consider the following integration scenarios:
To simplify the integration process without coding, consider using an integration platform like Latenode. With Latenode, you can connect GitHub and Acuity Scheduling easily, allowing for:
By integrating GitHub with Acuity Scheduling, teams can not only enhance their workflow but also improve client relations and project visibility. Using tools like Latenode to facilitate this connection will ultimately lead to a more organized and efficient working environment.
Connecting GitHub and Acuity Scheduling can significantly enhance your workflow by automating tasks and improving project management. Here are three powerful ways to achieve this integration:
Set up automated workflows that create or update appointments in Acuity Scheduling based on specific actions in your GitHub repository. For instance, you can automatically schedule a meeting whenever a new issue is filed or a pull request is opened. This can be easily accomplished using an integration platform like Latenode.
Utilize GitHub's notifications system to keep your team informed about upcoming appointments in Acuity. By creating a trigger on Acuity that pushes reminders to a GitHub channel or comments section, you can ensure that everyone is updated about their schedules directly in the collaborative environment of GitHub.
By connecting GitHub issues with Acuity Scheduling, you can centralize your tasks and appointments. For example, when a GitHub issue is marked as “in progress,” Acuity can be updated to reflect related meetings or deadlines, ensuring that project timelines are transparent and understood by the whole team. Again, Latenode can facilitate this seamless interaction.
By leveraging these integration strategies, teams can enhance their productivity and streamline communication, ultimately leading to a more efficiently managed project environment.
GitHub integrations enhance the platform's capabilities by allowing users to connect their repositories with a variety of external tools and services. These integrations streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and facilitate better collaboration among teams. By enabling seamless communication between GitHub and other applications, users can focus more on writing code and less on managing their tools.
To utilize GitHub integrations, you typically begin by identifying the tools that fit your project's needs. Many integration platforms, such as Latenode, allow users to create custom workflows without needing to write code. This can include tasks like automatically syncing issues with a project management tool, deploying code to cloud services, or notifying team members via messaging apps when certain actions occur in your repository.
There are several common categories of integrations:
By leveraging these integrations, teams can create efficient workflows, reduce manual errors, and ensure that everyone is on the same page. Overall, GitHub integrations serve as a bridge to a much wider ecosystem, making software development smoother and more effective.
Acuity Scheduling is designed to streamline the appointment booking process for businesses and professionals, and its integration capabilities significantly enhance this functionality. By connecting Acuity Scheduling with various apps and platforms, users can automate workflows, synchronize calendars, and access vital business metrics without needing to write a single line of code. This not only saves time but also improves overall efficiency in managing schedules and client communications.
One of the most seamless ways to achieve integrations is through platforms like Latenode. These integration platforms allow users to link Acuity Scheduling with other tools they may already be using, such as customer relationship management systems, email marketing suites, and payment processors. This means that when a client books an appointment, the data can automatically flow into your CRM, send confirmation emails, or even process payments—all without manual effort.
Integrating Acuity Scheduling effectively not only simplifies your booking process but also creates a cohesive system where all your essential business functions are connected. This holistic approach allows users to focus more on client engagements rather than administrative tasks, ultimately leading to a more productive and customer-centric business model.
You can integrate GitHub with Acuity Scheduling on Latenode by creating a new workflow that connects both applications. Start by selecting GitHub as your trigger app and Acuity Scheduling as your action app. Follow the on-screen prompts to authenticate both accounts and set up the desired actions and triggers according to your project needs.
Some common triggers for GitHub include:
For Acuity Scheduling, some actions include:
Yes, Latenode allows you to customize the data being transferred between GitHub and Acuity Scheduling. During the workflow setup, you can map specific data fields from GitHub to corresponding fields in Acuity Scheduling. This level of customization helps ensure that only the relevant data is passed along.
If you encounter an error during the integration process, check the following:
While the integration facilitates the creation of appointments, it typically does not directly support creating recurring appointments. However, you can explore workarounds, such as setting up multiple workflows for different schedules or utilizing the Acuity Scheduling's own recurring appointment features in tandem with the integration.

I am being able to reduce the time of building my backend and still have low costs. The other platforms are way more expensive. And its always easier to measure the expenses of a scenario with Latenode. The customer suppost always respond super fast.
Latenode and their support team have been great and responsive in providing my team with support in creating a workflow where our data from Google Sheet Form Submissions will take the users that submitted the form and then use our OpenAI API to create newsletters to send to them. Latenode's price point and use of credits through execution time allows it to be a cheaper alternative to Zapier or Make. Drag and drop modules give it a familiar experience when compared to its competitors and get the same job done at a cost-effective price.
Relaible alternative to Zapier and Make with Extended Functionality -JS Node, Headless Browser, AI Assistant. Ease of use and Support Quality
Affordable Automation with Robust Features – I've been using Latenode for over a month now, and I already prefer it over more popular options like Zapier, Pabbly, or Make. The biggest advantage of Latenode is its significantly lower automation costs, all while maintaining the same robust features. The only downside is the limited integrations, but that's understandable given that it's a newer player in the market. Overall, Latenode offers excellent value and has quickly become my go-to for automation needs. Significantly lower automation costs compared to Zapier, Pabbly, and Make Maintains the same robust features as more popular platforms Excellent value for money. Limited integrations due to being a newer player in the market
Best low code tool on market!! I am just starting my journey deeper but for time now this tool is excellent and it is far most better then make.com. I especially like the ease of use and the fact that for Google services, there's no need to manually go to the API or the Google console to look for the Client ID and similar things. For now evertyhing is perfectly fitted to my needs
I love this app! Completely perfect trial, I hope you guy can grow more. I love how they support users, in my case, there is a bug that make my own logics didn't work, but they support ASAP, fix the bug very soon, I want this app to grow!
Latenode = budget-friendly automation hero. Does everything I need, simple interface, great value. Ditch the expensive options! 😀
Latenode has replaced Zapier and Make⚡️ Our business requires us to send lots of webhooks every day and we need a reliable service that's easy on the pockets and that's Latenode.

Really good solution to automate anything with any API ! Nice integration of AI.
Latenode overall are great! 🚀 Its great to see latenode because it offers cheaper price and also the platform are easy to navigate and not to steep for learning but maybe the documentation should be updated. everything else are perfect!
Works fine cheaper then Zapier! 💸
Latenode A Great Choice For Low Code. I have been working with Latenode for about 5 months moving some flows from other services. The move has been great and the team is very responsive when help was needed to learn the new system. Their pricing is better than I have seen anywhere else 🔥
Latenode is Hero 🚀 Latenode blows away the competition with its unbeatable services: 99% uptime automations, affordable pricing saves me money, and the user-friendly interface keeps things running smooth plus for complex tasks, I can add custom code and headless browser automation. Forget Zapier, Latenode is my new workflow automation!
Latenode is an extremely impressive product! Latenode's support for custom code has allowed us to tailor automation solutions precisely to our (and our clients) needs. The platform is super flexible and we are very excited to see what other non-typical use cases we can implement using their product. Support is very helpful and it's nice to know that we have a whole community to lean on.
Latenode is a hidden gem! If you use Zapier for automation, check this out. Super similar features but way, WAY more affordable. The free plan is generous, and it's easy to set up workflows even if you're not tech-savvy. Perfect for small businesses or anyone wanting to simplify their life with automation on a budget. Highly recommend!
Beginning of Great Things. They're new, but doing an excellent job providing a very serious alternative to their competition. As a beginner, Latenodes documentation, templates and affiliate connections are all helpful to get your flow ideas started. Very friendly to communicate with and looking forward to their success 🚀
Best automation tool for the price. The price model is excelent for complex automation. The integrations are dev friendly and the Code optiones are a life saver. I think this software is a incredible product with an awesome future 🚀
Latenode is a powerful automation tool. Zapier is a powerful automation tool that can help businesses of all sizes save time and money. It's easy to use, even for those with no coding experience, and it can connect hundreds of different apps and services. However, it can be expensive for some users, and it can be difficult to troubleshoot when things go wrong. The best part of the application is that it is a cheaper system compared to other platforms 🔥
I honestly love how Latenode has approached automation. The "low-code" approach is perfect for my needs. I'm not a developer, but with the help of their AI helper I can get cool stuff done very quickly! For most of the time, the beautiful drag-n-drop canvas gets the job done very efficiently. I also love their method of creating your own "connectors" using nodules. Makes it very easy to re-use custom connection nodes in other scenarios. The pricing also makes a lot of sense if you're doing "less" but "longer running" processes.
You must try it! 🔥 I've been blown away by Latenode's ease of use and affordability. As someone who's currently testing it out, I can honestly say it's exceeded my expectations at every turn. The platform itself is incredibly intuitive. They've struck a perfect balance between no-code and low-code functionality, making it accessible for beginners but powerful enough for complex automations. The best part? During my testing phase, I haven't encountered a single error. Everything has run smoothly and exactly as intended. Latenode is a game-changer for anyone looking to streamline their workflows without breaking the bank. It's a must-try for anyone looking to boost their productivity.

Finally found what I was looking for...Even before seeing what was under the hood and meeting face to face with Daniel (CMO), I was already impressed with the business model compared to the others. As someone who's been marketing software products for over 2 decades, and a user of all things automation (to some extent or another) such as Zapier, Pabbly, n8n, and Active Pieces; I felt compelled to go right for a partnership deal with these guys. It was kind of a no-brainer. Looking forward to building some incredible automations for businesses around the world with this team.
