Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Glide and Delighted integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Glide and Delighted (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Glide and Delighted

Delighted + Glide + Slack: When a new response is received in Delighted, check if the score is below a certain threshold. If it is, find the user in Glide and send a message to a Slack channel to alert the team about the poor feedback.

Delighted + Glide + Google Sheets: When a new response is received in Delighted, get the corresponding user's data from Glide and then add a new row to Google Sheets to track the survey responses alongside the app usage data.
