Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Glide, Docparser, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Glide and Docparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Glide and Docparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Glide and Docparser

Docparser + Glide + Google Sheets: When Docparser parses an invoice, the extracted data is used to update a Glide app. The details of the invoice and the update are then logged in Google Sheets for auditing and record-keeping.

Docparser + Glide + Slack: When Docparser extracts key information from a document, it updates a Glide app and sends a Slack message to a designated channel, ensuring immediate notification of critical document processing.
