Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoCanvas and Clio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect GoCanvas and Clio
GoCanvas + Clio + Slack: When a new submission is received in GoCanvas, the workflow checks if the inspection failed. If the inspection fails, a task is created in Clio, and a notification is sent to the responsible lawyer via Slack.
Clio + GoCanvas + Google Sheets: Periodically, the workflow pulls client data from Clio. Then, for each client, it searches for related GoCanvas form submissions. Finally, it summarizes this data in a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
