Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring GoCanvas, Getresponse, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoCanvas and Getresponse integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoCanvas and Getresponse (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect GoCanvas and Getresponse

GoCanvas + Getresponse + Slack: When a new submission is received in GoCanvas, a new contact is created or updated in Getresponse. A message is then sent to a Slack channel to notify the team of the new contact.

Getresponse + GoCanvas + Google Sheets: When a new contact is added to Getresponse, a dispatch is created in GoCanvas. The results of the GoCanvas inspection are then added as a new row in Google Sheets.
