Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the GoCanvas and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between GoCanvas and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect GoCanvas and Zendesk
GoCanvas + Zendesk + Slack: When a new submission is received in GoCanvas, the flow checks if the inspection has failed. If the inspection fails, a new ticket is created in Zendesk and a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the supervisor.
Zendesk + GoCanvas + Google Sheets: When a ticket is updated in Zendesk, the flow checks if the ticket is resolved. If the ticket is resolved, the flow finds the corresponding GoCanvas submission and logs the resolution with a link to the GoCanvas submission in a Google Sheet.
