Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Ads and Box (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Ads and Box

Google Ads + Box + Slack: When a Google Ads campaign exceeds a specified budget, the automation will archive all associated campaign assets from a designated folder to Box. A notification will then be sent via Slack to the marketing team, informing them of the budget overage and the archiving of the assets.

Box + Google Ads + Google Sheets: When a new file is uploaded to a specified folder in Box (representing approved ad creatives), the automation will search for the associated campaign in Google Ads and then track the performance of that campaign in a designated Google Sheet. This includes adding a new row to the sheet with relevant performance metrics.
