Most powerful ways to connect Google Ads and Freshdesk
Google Ads + Freshdesk + Slack: When a new ad campaign is created in Google Ads, the system monitors Freshdesk for new tickets. If the number of new tickets increases significantly after the campaign launch, a notification is sent to the marketing team in Slack.
Freshdesk + Google Ads + Google Sheets: Analyzes new Freshdesk tickets for frequently reported issues. These issues are then added as keywords to a Google Sheet. Data from the Google sheet is used to create better-targeted ads in Google Ads.
