Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Google AI, Coda, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google AI and Coda integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google AI and Coda (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google AI and Coda

Coda + Google AI + Slack: When a new row is added to a Coda document, the text in that row is sent to Google AI's Gemini model for sentiment analysis. The sentiment analysis result is then posted as a message to a Slack channel.

Coda + Google AI + Google Sheets: When a row is updated in Coda, send the data to Google AI's Gemini model for categorization. Then, log the data and categorization summary into a new row in Google Sheets.
