Most powerful ways to connect Google AppSheet and Facebook Messenger
Facebook Messenger + Twilio + Google AppSheet: When a user sends a message to your Facebook page, the flow captures the message and their contact information. The flow then sends an SMS update to the user via Twilio and adds a new record to Google AppSheet for tracking and follow-up.
Facebook Messenger + Google AppSheet + Google Sheets: This automation saves customer feedback from Facebook Messenger to a Google AppSheet. When a new record is created in the AppSheet, the flow adds a new row to a Google Sheet, allowing for easy summarization and analysis of customer feedback.
