Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Chat and VideoAsk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Chat and VideoAsk

VideoAsk + Google Sheets + Google Chat: When a new reply is submitted in VideoAsk, the response data is added as a new row in Google Sheets. A summary of the response is then sent to a designated Google Chat channel.

VideoAsk + Airtable + Google Chat: Upon receiving a new reply in VideoAsk, the data is added as a new record in Airtable. A message is then sent to Google Chat to notify relevant team members about the new entry in Airtable.
