Google Cloud BigQuery + Deepgram + Slack: This workflow starts when new data is available in Google Cloud BigQuery. The audio files referenced in BigQuery are transcribed using Deepgram. If specific keywords are found in the transcription, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert agents for review.
Deepgram + Google Cloud BigQuery + Google Sheets: Deepgram transcribes customer support calls. The transcriptions are then stored in Google Cloud BigQuery for analysis. Finally, sentiment analysis trends are tracked and recorded in Google Sheets to monitor customer satisfaction over time. Because a Google BigQuery trigger is unavailable, Google Sheets is used to trigger the automation.
