Most powerful ways to connect Google Cloud Speech-To-Text and Teamleader
Google Cloud Speech-To-Text + Teamleader + Slack: When Google Cloud Speech-To-Text finishes transcribing a customer call, the sentiment of the transcript is analyzed (not available in given actions, assuming done via a custom script or another AI service). Based on the sentiment, a task is created in Teamleader to follow up on negative feedback. A Slack message is sent to a designated channel if the sentiment is negative, flagging the interaction for review.
Teamleader + Google Cloud Speech-To-Text + Google Sheets: When a call is logged in Teamleader (no trigger available, assuming data is pushed), the call details are sent to Google Cloud Speech-To-Text for transcription using a file stored in Google Cloud Storage. Once the transcription is complete, the transcript and associated call details are stored in a new row in Google Sheets.
