How to connect Google Cloud Storage and Teamleader
Create a New Scenario to Connect Google Cloud Storage and Teamleader
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Google Cloud Storage, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Google Cloud Storage or Teamleader will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Google Cloud Storage or Teamleader, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Google Cloud Storage Node
Select the Google Cloud Storage node from the app selection panel on the right.

Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Cloud Storage and Teamleader integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Cloud Storage and Teamleader (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Cloud Storage and Teamleader
Google Cloud Storage + Teamleader + Google Sheets: When a file is uploaded to Google Cloud Storage, its size and metadata are retrieved. This information, along with relevant client details from Teamleader (obtained by finding the company or contact associated with the file or project), is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for billing purposes.
Teamleader + Google Cloud Storage + Slack: When a new deal is accepted in Teamleader, a dedicated folder is created in Google Cloud Storage using the deal name. A notification containing the folder name and a link is then sent to a specified Slack channel to inform the team.
