Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Drive and Attio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Drive and Attio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Drive and Attio
Google Drive + Attio + Slack: When a new file is added to a specific folder in Google Drive (designated for client documents), find the corresponding client entry in Attio and create a note associated with that client. Finally, send a message in Slack to the account manager, notifying them about the new document and providing a link to the Attio note.
Attio + Zoom + Google Drive: When a new meeting is created in Attio, create a new meeting in Zoom. After the meeting ends, upon the Recording Completed trigger from Zoom, a new folder will be created in Google Drive to store the recording. The Google Drive folder's link can then be shared via Zoom chat.
