Most powerful ways to connect Google Drive and Delighted

Delighted + Google Drive + Slack: When a new response is received in Delighted with a score below a certain threshold, the flow finds the related document in Google Drive and posts a message to a Slack channel, including the feedback and a link to the document for team review.

Delighted + Google Drive + Google Sheets: When a new survey response is received in Delighted, the flow finds the related file in Google Drive using the response data and stores the survey response along with a link to the file in a Google Sheet.
