Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Drive and GoCanvas integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Drive and GoCanvas (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Drive and GoCanvas
GoCanvas + Google Drive + Slack: When a new safety inspection form is submitted in GoCanvas, the form is saved to Google Drive. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel, informing relevant personnel about the new submission and providing a link to the saved form.
GoCanvas + Google Drive + Google Sheets: This automation captures new form submissions from GoCanvas, uploads them to Google Drive as a backup, and simultaneously logs the data from the form into a specified Google Sheet for easy access and analysis.
