Most powerful ways to connect Google Drive and Zoho Books
Zoho Books + Slack + Google Drive: When a new sales invoice is created in Zoho Books, a notification is sent to a Slack channel. A copy of the invoice is then saved to a specified folder in Google Drive.
Google Drive + Zoho Books + Google Sheets: When a new file is added to Google Drive, the automation retrieves the file name and other metadata. This data is then used to create a new row in Google Sheets, along with relevant data pulled from Zoho Books using an invoice lookup based on the filename.
