Google Groups + Delighted + Slack: When a new message is posted to a Google Group, the content is analyzed for negative feedback. If negative keywords are detected, a survey is automatically sent via Delighted to the user who posted the message, and the support team is notified in Slack.
Delighted + Google Groups + Google Sheets: When a new response is submitted in Delighted, the feedback is analyzed. A summary of the feedback is posted to a relevant Google Group for discussion, and the response data is added to a Google Sheet to track feedback trends over time.
