Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Google Meet, Freshdesk, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Meet and Freshdesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Meet and Freshdesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Google Meet and Freshdesk

Google Meet + Freshdesk + Slack: When a Google Meet event ends, the automation checks if specific keywords (e.g., 'support', 'issue') are present in the meeting title or description. If found, a new Freshdesk ticket is created, and a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel alerting the support team.

Freshdesk + Google Meet + Google Calendar: When a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, the automation schedules a Google Meet call using the 'Schedule Meeting' action. The scheduled meeting details are then added as an event to the support agent's Google Calendar using the 'Create Event' action.
